Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will also be charged a 30% no-show fee. Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled in order to avoid running behind for the clients scheduled after you. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the 30% cancellation fee will apply. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment.
